How to process a return
Obtain a RMA # by emailing Customer Service: SUPPORT@EYZGEAR.COM
Pack up your product, your original invoice, and a note that includes the following:
- If you would like to return or replace the product.
- If you want to replace, kindly add your contact information: full name, email address, phone number and shipping address (USA address only).

We recommend using UPS, FedEx or other shipping method that provides insurance and tracking.
A refund will be applied to same form of original payment.
A refund request for any opened, used or damaged items or packaging will be minus any related shipping and handling costs.
For replacement requests you will be charged to ship replacement item back to you.
Returns sent without an RMA # are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
If goods are damaged during shipment by USPS, save the item, the box and all packing material. Notify us and we will place a claim with USPS. You may have to allow a USPS representative access to inspect the damaged merchandise and packaging before an adjustment can be made. We will replace the product at the carrier's expense.
We take pride in prompt shipping and most orders are shipped within 2 business days following our receipt of the request. Orders received on Friday or over the weekend will in most cases be shipped the following Monday. If you decide you do not want what you ordered, it is imperative that you contact us immediately. Once we ship the item you may return it under the conditions stated above, but we will not refund any related shipping and handling cost.
