Shipping Policy for Online Store Orders Only
For custom and reseller program orders please contact us
Smart Brands, LLC can ship products anywhere in the United States. Shipping charges are determined by one or more of the following: shipping method, total dollar/weight amount of your order and/or shipping destination, excluding applicable sales tax.
Free shipping available for purchase of 2 or more units for USA deliveries.
All online store orders will be shipped by USPS Priority Mail Service. A tracking number will be emailed to you within 24 hours of shipping.
All orders take 1-2 business day to process and activate. Most orders ship within 2 business days from Whippany, NJ.

Expedited orders MUST be received by 2PM Eastern Standard Time on business days to ship the same day. Orders received on holidays and weekends will be shipped on the next business day.
Products can only be shipped to certain international destinations. Please email email@example.com for covered service areas, shipping options and to start the order process. We will accept all major credit cards after you complete and submit our credit card authorization form, by following the below steps:
